Productivity and profitability when using our machine technology in your plant depends on a number of factors.

One aspect that is often neglected is the continuous training of employees. Well-trained and skilled machine and maintenance personnel make all the difference when it comes to higher speeds and better quality. We are your expert partners when it comes to training your employees. Already since the year 2000 we have a training centre for our customers. Customer training has been organised by the HAVER Academy since 2007.

The main topics of seminars are tailored according to the HAVER & BOECKER machine product range. We approach the training according to the knowledge level of the participants. With a maximum group-size of six participants and a combination of theory and practical knowledge, a high learning effect is the result.

The typical one-week long courses take place at our plant in Oelde or, if requested, at the customer's location.
